Office & Services Coordinator

We are now looking for an Office & Services Coordinator who brings experience from similar roles and enjoys making everybody´s day-to-day easier by being service-minded, creating structure, coordinating and making daily office operations flow efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who has built strong coordination skills and genuinely enjoys being the go-to person for practical, administrative, and logistical needs.
What´s the job mainly about?
As Office & Services Coordinator, you will be a key contributor to a well-functioning, professional, and welcoming workplace. In this role, you will:
Office & Workplace
· Coordinate daily office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly, from suppliers and facilities to meeting rooms and access.
· Be a visible and trusted point of contact for employees and visitors and play a key role in maintaining and promoting a professional, safe, and welcoming workplace environment.
· Provide support on initiatives related to the workplace and environment in Cermaq Group.
Event, Arrangements & Meetings
· Plan and coordinate meetings, internal events, workshops, and social gatherings, managing logistics, suppliers, communication, and practical arrangements. This includes ensuring that events are well organized, engaging, and executed with attention to detail.
· Offer administrative support and coordination in projects and collaborations between Group functions.
Travel Support
· Support business travel across the organization by coordinating bookings and practical arrangements, working closely with our travel partner, and guiding employees on travel routines, policies, and documentation.
· Provide practical coordination for potential expats and international assignments, supporting relocation logistics and coordinating onboarding in close collaboration with HR whenever necessary.
A short intro of the organization and our team:
Cermaq consists of the Group function and its Operating Companies which are in Chile, Canada, and Norway. Cermaq Group consists of 42 employees in Oslo and Bergen working with global functions like Finance, Communication, Sustainability, Business Development, Global IT, Legal, Compliance, Feed & Fish Health, Innovation and HR.
You will be a member of the Group HR & Office team consisting of our Interim Group HR Manager and the Group HR Director, to whom you will report. This role is located in our Headquarters in Oslo.
Who are you?
We believe that the right person for this job:
· Is service-minded, structured, and detail-oriented.
· Has a minimum of 5 years of working experience with service and coordination, either externally or internally. If you have a background working with arranging events and travel, that is a plus.
· Is fluent in Norwegian and English (Spanish is a nice to have).
