With 42 employees in Cermaq Group, we are a lean organization where people know each other, collaborate closely, and are involved in a broad range of initiatives and projects. Our headquarters are located in Bjørvika, Oslo, where most of our colleagues are based, and we also have an office in Bergen's Marineholmen innovation area, home to our Fish Health Innovation team. We work with colleagues across Cermaq's operations in Norway, Chile, and Canada, while also collaborating closely with our Japanese owner, Mitsubishi Corporation. As a relatively small Group organization, we offer an international working environment with exposure to diverse stakeholders, perspectives, and business challenges.

  • When will I hear back about my application?

    We review applications on an ongoing basis and aim to keep candidates informed throughout the process. Response times may vary depending on the position and application volume.

  • What does the recruitment process look like?

    Our recruitment process typically starts with a short introductory interview to get to know each other. Selected candidates then meet with the hiring manager for a more in-depth discussion and may be invited to complete a case presentation relevant to the role. As part of the process, we use personality and motivation assessments and provide feedback on the results. The final stages usually include reference checks and a meeting with the hiring manager’s manager before a final decision is made.
